They took my car and I told them I would wait for it. I received a text saying I was checked in but your system never posted the progress of my car. It was frustrating. Why have a system that your people don’t use? It wasn’t like this before. I had to take care of a recall for my car. That is the only reason I was there or will return.

I’ve been going to GMC for many years. I have purchased many new vehicles from GMC and have never been satisfied with the service center. When I purchased my last truck I almost did not purchase my truck from Alfred Mathews GMC because I have not been happy with the service center. I shared this with the sales rep and he assured me things would change. The sales reps are great! There is a huge disconnect. My last experience with the service center was terrible once again. The service rep was condescending, rude, and arrogant. Every time I have a concern regarding my vehicle, there is always an excuse and no accountability even though the vehicle is a brand new truck. This last service rep was very quick to blame it on the customer and his communication was horrible. He wasn’t even aware that I purchased my brand new truck there and have only had it serviced there. Your service department should be fixed because I will never buy another vehicle from Alfred Mathews because of that now.
